My Letters To My Son

Good Morning Son

August 10, 2026 By Dad

Good Morning Son,

I hope that your day is going well and that you had a great weekend!

Things are groovy here as we have another great week ahead to look forward to.

This week has been busy to say the least. I am working on narrowing things down to fewer projects even though things have progressed beautifully on all projects. This is all part of becoming more disciplined, focused, and organized to make exceptional progress on all fronts.

I was wondering if you have any hobbies or hobbies that you have turned or want to turn into a profession? When I was younger I had tons of hobbies, but none were as close to my heart as photography. I loved to take photographs. I really liked taking photographs that found the beauty in simple things. Believe it or not, one of my favorite photographs is of a spoon, yeah, just a spoon!

The photos that I took weren’t everyone’s cup of tea. I had a fellow photographer ask me why I took pictures of the door of a church rather than pictures of beautiful women. Some of his photographer friends got a big kick out of that. They stopped laughing, however, when two of the photographers I was coaching both won international photography awards.

When we get a chance to communicate I would love to chat with you about your hobbies. Perhaps photography is something you would enjoy.

Well, that’s all for now!

Have an amazing day and know that you are in my thoughts and prayers!

Love,

Dad
