Happy Monday and Happy first day of Spring! Well, here we are at the start of yet another amazing week! I’m excited about all the possibilities and opportunities that lie ahead of us for this week and I hope that you are too.
We haven’t had much of a winter to speak of here. In fact, we have had record high temperatures in January and February. Personally, I was hoping for more cold weather for a couple of reasons. The first reason is that I love to have a fire burning in the fireplace on a cold winter day. The second is that when we have a cold winter I find that I appreciate the arrival of spring that much more. Don’t get me wrong, I have been thoroughly enjoying the mild winter, but I do like a bit more contrast in the weather than we have had in the last few months.
Even though I miss having a colder winter with more snow, I am glad that spring is here. It’s not just the warmer weather, but also the fact the we are now in daylight savings time. I like it better when it stays light longer, don’t you?
