Happy Monday to you! I certainly hope that you had a fabulous weekend and that you are once again looking forward to an amazing week ahead!
As I’m sitting here writing you, I’m having a cup of decaffeinated coffee with a tasty caramel creamer. Are you a coffee drinker? As I think about drinking coffee, it brings a smile to my face because when I tell people I drink decaffeinated coffee, they laugh and say that, “that’s not real coffee”.
Okay Son, I know what you’re probably thinking. You’re probably thinking, “great dad, you’re about to go through a lengthy explanation of the benefits of decaffeinated coffee”. No, that’s not it at all. I did some basic research and decided that decaffeinated coffee is the best thing for me currently. I say currently, because new health research information becomes available to us all the time. Sometimes, the new research is contradictory to the research we’ve used, so that means we really have to stay on top of things. In addition to that we have to do our own due diligence so that we feel confident that we can trust the sources of our research. This is true of any information we seek, health-related or otherwise.
