My Letters To My Son

Hello Son

May 27, 2019 By Dad Leave a Comment

Hello Son,

Well, here we are at the start of yet another amazing week to come!

I trust that you had a wonderful weekend and that you are focused and fully energized ready to move forward this week. For me, I plan on enjoying everything this day and the rest of the week has to offer.

I was just sitting here wondering about what things you do to keep in shape. I’m not sure how much you are concerned about your health at your current age, as health- related issues tend to come up later in one’s life.

Now some people will argue that no matter what you do, you may still have health related issues. That makes sense as there may be things which are simply beyond our control, such as some issues that may arise due to genetics.

Although there may be some things out of our control with regard to our health, there are plenty of things that are in our control. Two things we are able to control that can improve our health are diet and exercise.

That diet and exercise can improve the quality of one’s health is nothing new. In fact, there’s so much information on how your health can be improved through diet and exercise, that it’s hard to avoid.

I do have to admit that even though there is a lot of information available on how to live a healthy life, there’s a lot of conflicting information and that causes a lot of people to be confused. This is because there is a great deal of health information written with a built-in bias towards one type of food or another.

As usual, getting good information boils down to doing your own investigative research. This is definitely worth the time as, if we stop and think about it, what really is more important than your health. I’d be happy to share the information that I’ve learned over the years. You can feel free to contact me about that at any time.

Well, that’s all for now!

Have an amazing day and know that you are in my thoughts and prayers!

Love,

Dad
