How is your day going? I hope that you enjoyed bringing in the New Year yesterday, I know I certainly did.
How do you start each new year? Do you do anything special to start the New Year out right? I typically start by doing the things I would like to continue doing the rest of the year. A few things I do on New Year’s Day are to eat right, exercise, plan, pray, organize, display an attitude of gratitude, do something to make others feel special, etc.
I like to use New Year’s Day to set the tone for the rest of the year. That is why I make sure that I put forth the effort to make it a very, very positive and productive day.
