My Letters To My Son

Dad

Hey Son

March 13, 2017 By Dad Leave a Comment

Hey Son,

How has the weather been there? Here it has been unseasonably warm. In fact, it is supposed to be as high as 75 degrees Fahrenheit or about 24 degrees Celsius. We have had a very mild winter here, that’s for sure. That’s too bad, because I was hoping that we would have more snow.

This is going to be an especially rewarding week as there is so much going on. Last week I had the flu and that really threw me for a loop. As usual, though, every cloud has a silver lining. My short-term bout with this illness served to remind me that I needed to get back on track with my good health habits. I have been eating like the holidays were still here and that isn’t exactly the healthiest way to eat. I have to remind myself of one simple rule of vibrant health, “Take care of your body, and your body will take care of you”.

As always, I hope that you are enjoying vibrant health and living life to the fullest.

Well, that’s all for now!

Have an amazing day and know that you are in my thoughts and prayers!

Love,

Dad
