Here we are at the start of another great week and I have another cool quote that I’d like to share with you.
“If you’re always trying to be normal, you will never know how amazing you can be” – Maya Angelou
This quote caught my attention because I know how easy and seemingly important it can be to fit in, especially when you are young. Our goal should never be to fit in, necessarily, but to “break out” of the norm. By breaking out of the norm, we have an opportunity to elevate not only ourselves, but those around us as well. By breaking out of the norm and thinking outside of the box and daring to be different you will become an island of excellence in a sea of mediocrity.
