It’s another beautiful day here. I certainly hope that your day is great.
I feel fortunate to have so many great days. My wish for you is that you experience many great days in your life. With that in mind, here’s something that I’d like to share with you.
One of the reasons that I have so many great days is that I use a simple technique that I call “framing”. “Framing” is basically putting a “frame” around your day. It works in much the same way a beautiful picture frame can make even the plainest painting more beautiful.
When you wake up in the morning simply “frame” your day by saying, “It’s going to be an amazing day!”. I know that it may sound a bit strange, but try it anyway. You will be amazed by how much better your days will be.
