Buongiorno Son,

How are things going today? I hope that everything is great and that you’re having a super-groovy, extra-cool day!

I just finished my workout for the day and I’m so glad that I did. How about you? Do you do anything such as a workout, to start your day?

I’ve always found that setting the tone for your day, before your day actually begins makes a huge difference in how smoothly your day progresses. Now I’m not a psychologist or psychiatrist or a mental health professional. I simply base my statement on my own personal experience.

I do believe that there is something magical about starting your day a certain way. If I stop and think about it, I could say that my workout is part of my priming process for my day. My workout routine is designed to improve my health. It not only improves my physical health, but my mental health as well. Essentially, by working out I know that I have an excellent start to the day because my workout has already moved my life forward.

Moving forward at the start of your day certainly seems to give you momentum to continue moving forward and make progress throughout the remainder of your day. So, if you don’t have a morning routine to jumpstart your day, there’s certainly nothing stopping you from starting one, right?
