What’s happening? Well, here we are at the start of another great week ahead!
There is nothing quite like looking forward to the next week ahead. I find myself frequently thinking about the next day and typically I can hardly wait to go to sleep so that I can wake up the next morning!
So you may be wondering, am I bouncing off the walls filled with joy and excitement every single second of every single day? The short answer is, of course not. Like everyone else on the planet I’ve had some days when it seems like I couldn’t get out of the starting gate. I, like everyone else, had a choice at that point. I could stay in my current less-than-enthusiastic state, or I could shift my mindset to frame my day in a more positive light. It’s sort of like having your car stuck in the mud. Sometimes we just have to try different gears in order to get unstuck.
