Well, here we are in the first week of a brand-new year! I hope the 2019 was a great year for you and that 2020 will be even better!
I didn’t really make any New Year’s resolutions, but, of course, there’s always something that I look to improve upon in the New Year. This year, the first thing I’ll do is to shed some of those holiday pounds that I gained from overindulging in great holiday food.
Of course, I don’t just want to cut my calories in half and drop weight too quickly. My objective is to do so in a healthy manner with proper nutrition and exercise.
How about you? Have you picked up a few pounds over the holidays that you would like to get rid of? If not, that’s great. If so, losing weight is really no big deal. If you need any help shedding a few pounds, please feel free to contact me and I’ll be more than happy to assist you.
