Great Morning Son,
This has already turned out to be one of the busiest weeks I’ve had in quite some time. Now that spring is here there’s tons of stuff to do on the outside of the house. You know, yard work and those types of things. We had some trees damaged by some high winds of some storms, so I’ll have to trim those back.
I have a confession to make. I’m not a gigantic fan of yard work. You know, I do it because it needs to be done, but it’s not something that I thoroughly enjoy. Believe it or not, there are people that live for the opportunity to get outside and trim hedges and bushes and mow the lawn and other things. I’ve never really understood that, but it makes sense that each of us must find those things that bring us joy.
How about you? Are you a big fan of the process of yard beautification? When I was your age, I did it because it made your grandmother happy… And that was reason enough for me.
