My Letters To My Son

Letters

Hello Son

November 20, 2017 By Dad Leave a Comment

Hello Son,

How was your weekend? The weekend here was wonderful, as usual, and I certainly hope that yours was too.

Once again, the holidays are upon us. I love the holidays with the gathering of friends and family. I also like the fact that people in general seem to be in a much better mood than they typically are when it’s not the holidays.

It is unfortunate that you have never been here to visit and experience this part of your family. We all miss you and love you and look forward to spending time with you and making up for all the many years that been removed from our relationship. Fortunately, I have faith that all that has been made wrong with our relationship will be made right again… and that you and I will have an amazing father-son relationship as God intended!

Also, speaking of family, make sure that you call your grandmother. She would love to hear from you. Don’t do it simply because it is my suggestion, do it because it is the right thing to do. Often times in life, it’s really just that simple. Do the right thing because it is the right thing to do.

Well, that’s all for now!

Have an amazing day and know that you are in my thoughts and prayers!

Love,

Dad
