My Letters To My Son

Letters

Hi Son

August 28, 2017 By Dad Leave a Comment

Hi Son,

It’s Dad again just touching base to say hello and to see how you are doing.

I have another busy and productive day ahead of me… how about you?

I’m still working on getting more organized. For whatever reason, I found my to-do list growing and growing and growing. At times, my to-do list was so large that it was overwhelming. Has that ever happened to you?

Well, out of necessity, I decided to focus on tackling the tasks on my to-do list one at a time. Now I feel much better about my level of accomplishment and organization. Falling behind on things you need to get done definitely drains you of your sense of accomplishment. After all, how can you feel that you are making progress when all you are doing is playing “catch-up”?

One of the best benefits of getting things done is the sense of accomplishment and progress that you feel. This definitely encourages you to do more and as a result of that you may experience something truly beautiful, and that is being “ahead of the curve”.

Well, that’s all for now!

Have an amazing day and know that you are in my thoughts and prayers!

Love,

Dad
