Just wanted to say a quick hello today and wish you a wonderful week ahead!
I wanted to share another excellent quote with you:
“Don’t focus on the obstacles, focus on the outcome” – Anonymous
This quote is very powerful when you apply the principle of focusing on the desired outcome/goal rather than the obstacles/roadblocks.
Personally, I have been focusing more and more on goals/outcomes. Why? Because focusing on the obstacles will keep you from focusing on the outcome, and subsequently, from achieving your goals.
A perfect example of this is when I decided to bring a treadmill that my sweetheart and I had purchased from our patio room into an empty bedroom. It had been sitting in storage for quite some time. As you might suspect, it became buried among many, many other things we had stored there. As a result the number of “obstacles” had greatly increased.
Let’s pick up on this topic in my next letter.
