Happy Monday Son,

Well, here we are at the start of another amazing week!

How do you typically start your week? My Monday mornings typically start with my Monday morning workout. When I first started with this workout routine, I wasn’t able to get all the way through it. In fact, I found the workout routine so difficult but I became a bit discouraged. That’s usually the case when you start out because you haven’t used certain muscles for quite some time.

I was glad that I started off slowly, because I was able to build up the duration of my workout over time. One of the biggest mistakes that I used to make was to try to do exercises that I was not in the right physical condition to do. I believe that’s what a lot of people do and I believe that’s what discourages many people from continuing an exercise routine. It also discourages people from trying to start the routine again because they feel that they failed the last time they tried.

Many people believe that exercise is strictly for your body. In reality, exercise strengthens you physically, mentally and emotionally. Physically, you grow stronger and have increased endurance. As an added physical benefit, you definitely improve your physique. Mentally, you gain a level of confidence, accomplishment, and self-esteem that you never knew that you had. Emotionally, exercise reduces stress and anxiety and provides you with a greater sense of peace and well-being.
