Welcome to the start of another great week!
I was thinking about an important question today. That question is, “Would the world be a better place because I was here?”
Okay, so that seems like a super-loaded question doesn’t? It’s easy for that question to overwhelm us. The reality is that the question doesn’t have to overwhelm us. We’re not talking about creating a drug that instantaneously cures all disease or anything that huge or all-encompassing.
Much of making the world a better place is about being of service to others. It can be as simple as helping an elderly lady across the street, which I know is a cliché example. It could also be as simple as thanking the cashier at the grocery store for their help and giving them a big smile.
So, making the world a better place can be as simple as extending common courtesy to others. Kindness is something that will simply never go out of style.
