How Are You Today Son,
As I was sitting in my office today, I was thinking about you and hoping that all is well. Naturally, I want you to be healthy and happy and successful. My ability to help you in all areas of your life is, quite obviously limited by the nature of our level of communication. After all, open and honest communication is the key to a successful relationship whether it be father and son, or any other relationship.
You hear me speak of relationships from time to time. That is because good relationships are so closely linked to a good life. The first step to building a successful relationship is, “To thy known self be true”. In other words, have we must have open and honest communication with ourselves, because if we are not true to ourselves, how in the world can we hope to be open and honest with others?
