How’s it going? Did you have a wonderful weekend? Did you do anything fun or interesting?
How are you feeling these days? How’s your health? You probably already know that what you put in your body has a great deal to do with what you get out of your body.
Here’s the biggest health secret anyone will ever tell you. Ready? You may have already guessed that the real secret is that there is no secret. The saying, “You are what you eat” pretty much sums up how I personally feel about the key to good health.
If you stop and think about it, it makes perfect sense doesn’t it. For instance, if you put low quality fuel in a car, you will get poor performance. On the flip side of the coin, if you put high quality fuel in a car you will get good performance. The same is true of our bodies.
Of course, there’s more to good health than just eating right. Naturally, regular exercise is an important component of good health. As I said before, you probably already know these things, but I emphasize them because they are important. In a nutshell, the quality of your health has an enormous impact on the quality of your life.
