Good Morning Son,
Once again, I hope that you had a great weekend. It was beautiful, bright and sunny, but quite hot and muggy here.
I had a chance to walk on one of my favorite trails again this weekend. It was amazing to see how green everything was. This is because of the huge amount of rain we have received here this year.
The last time I was on this trail I noticed a mosquito on my jacket. For some reason there haven’t been very many mosquitoes this year. In fact, I have not been bitten by a mosquito the entire year. That’s surprising considering how much rain we’ve had. I would have thought that much rain would have created many places for mosquitoes to breed.
As you can probably tell from all of my talk about walking on trails, your Dad loves the great outdoors. I certainly hope that you grow to love the great outdoors as I have. I look forward to showing you some of the cool hiking and biking trails I’ve found.
