Howdy Son,
Happy, Happy Monday!
How was your New Year’s weekend? I’m sure that you made the most of it!
We had a great New Year’s weekend here as well as a wonderful Christmas holiday. Of course, I ate many things that I don’t normally eat, that were absolutely delicious, but not exactly nutritious.
Now that it is the New Year, it’s time to, as they say, “get back on the good foot” and eat nutritious food. Speaking of nutritious food, I am always surprised how many people believe that if a food is good for you, it can’t be good to you. That’s simply not true!
Those who believe that healthy food can’t be tasty are typically making excuses not to give up the poor food choices they have been making for most of their lives. We have to realize that we should eat to live, not live to eat!
I hope that you have embraced a lifestyle that will give you vibrant health. If we stop and think about it, what is more important than our health? Which of our dreams and goals can we hope to achieve if we are not healthy enough to take the necessary action to achieve them?
Well, that’s all for now!
Have an amazing day and know that you are in my thoughts and prayers!
Love,
Dad
