Welcome to another wonderful week!
I hope that you are refreshed and ready to get this week started after a restful and peaceful weekend.
I’m in the office and have been for some time now. By the way, are you an early riser? I wasn’t always an early riser, but as I became older, I realized more and more that my time here is finite. That made me want to make the most out of each and every day. My thinking was that the earlier I got up, the more day I would have to make the most of!
As you already know, time is a valuable asset. It is so valuable, in fact, that no amount of money or resources can buy back yesterday as time only moves in one direction….forward.
Whether we like it or not, time is going to continue to move forward whether we choose to move forward or not. It seems that if we don’t, “seize the day”, that the day will seize us.
How do you manage your time and, ‘seize the day”? I choose to plan my days. Some friends and acquaintances tell me I’m too structured, but the structure is the framework and foundation upon which I build my day and consequently, my progress, happiness, and general sense of fulfilment.
I guess we can sum things up by saying that your time can work for you or against you and only you get to choose which it does.
