My Letters To My Son

Letters

Good Morning Son

November 23, 2020 By Dad

I hope that you had a great weekend and that, as usual, you are looking to an amazing week ahead.

As your father, I want to state something that, of course, you already know. I am a flawed person. I do not know everything and if I claimed to, that will be proof positive that I absolutely do not know everything.

When I write to you, I sometimes like to pass along the life lessons that have helped me along the way. Because I respect you and love you, I share these life lessons with you so that you can avoid some of life’s traps and pitfalls that can ensnare even the brightest people.

To me, it makes sense to share this information as it is smart to learn from the mistakes of others. I admit, that I’ve made many mistakes. In sharing my mistakes with you, I’m sure that you can see the benefit of not making the same mistakes yourself.

Avoiding the wrong actions in life goes hand-in-hand with embracing the right actions. These two actions in combination have always proven to lead to a happier, more productive, and much less stressful life.

Well, that’s all for now!

Have an amazing day and know that you are in my thoughts and prayers!

Love,

Dad
