My Letters To My Son

Letters

Buenos Días Son

May 4, 2020 By Dad Leave a Comment

What’s new with you today? I hope that all is well and that you are keeping safe during these challenging times.

Is there something that you would like to be different in your life… some change that you would like to see? An interesting quote by Thomas Jefferson states:
“If you want something you never had, you must be willing to do something you’ve never done.”

What do you think of that quote? Personally, I really like it. In fact, even though I didn’t realize it at the time, that’s how I met the love of my life. On the day that I met her I did not just one, but two things that were completely out of character for me. I’ll have to share those two things with you when you and I have an opportunity to chat face to face.

If we stop and think about it, it doesn’t really make sense to do the same things over and over again and expect a different result, does it?

Embracing change and doing things differently can be extremely challenging, just as it can be challenging to think outside the box. What’s outside the box, you ask? Everything that you ever wanted and more!

Well, that’s all for now!

Have an amazing day and know that you are in my thoughts and prayers!

Love,

Dad
