I ran across another cool quote that I wanted to share with you. Here it is below:

I believe this quote was created in the business world, but has application in everyday life for sure.
I have often times stated that one of the keys to true happiness is progress/growth. If we stop and think about that for a moment, it makes perfect sense. We all want to move forward in life and get better at what we do. Whether a move forward for this day is microscopic or monumental, it is still forward movement and it is in the right direction.
So, if one of the biggest keys to happiness is moving forward, then it stands to reason that we must have some way of knowing when we are moving forward, right? We can know that we are moving forward and making progress by keeping track of our growth by measuring it.
We will continue with this next week and explore more of the power of measuring.
