Everyone here, your Grandmother, your aunts, cousins, etc. wanted me to tell you hi for them. They send their love and best wishes and hope that you are doing well.
Well, how’s your summer going so far? The weather has been nothing short of amazing here. Even though it gets pretty warm during the day, it still cools off nicely at night. The days are so beautiful that I find myself always wanting to be outside.
I certainly hope that you sleep well. I mention that because the value of a good night’s sleep can’t be overemphasized. Although I’ve known it for some time, I really appreciate the benefits of getting a good night of sleep. When I get a good night’s sleep it seems like I have virtually limitless energy throughout the entire day! That is a great feeling. There is nothing like being alert, vibrant, and energetic from the moment you wake up until the moment you lay your head on the pillow to sleep.
