My Letters To My Son

Dad

Howdy Son

August 29, 2022 By Dad

Howdy Son,

How are things there today? I hope that all is well and that you have a smile on your face just because you already know that it’s going to be a great day and week ahead!

A quick word about money. You are young enough to prepare, if you haven’t already, to be quite comfortable financially as you get older. An important key to remember is that the sooner you start to plan for your financial future, the better off you will be financially.

Something else important to keep in mind is that you don’t have to be a financial genius to do well financially. Being consistent and letting the incredible power of time and compound interest work for you is one of the most successful methods for obtaining the financial security you desire. In addition, being patient, of course, is an integral part of being consistent.

Avoid the pie-in-the-sky get-rich-quick schemes that you may run across. Hasty, unresearched decisions can erode years of financial growth.

We can chat about this topic later. My objective here is to help you avoid the pitfalls of some of my personal financial mistakes as well as benefit from the strategies that formed the foundation of my financial success.

Well, that’s all for now!

Have an amazing day and know that you are in my thoughts and prayers!

Love,

Dad
