How is it going there today? I hope that all is well and that reading my letter will bring a smile to your face. I know that sometimes that smile may not be possible, especially when we are covering serious topics.
The weekend was good here. Your Grandmother is still having health challenges. With that said, now would be the perfect time to call your Grandmother just to say hello… after all, she is your only living grandparent.
I went on a walk by the lake with my sweetheart. It was absolutely wonderful. The weather was predicted to be overcast and stormy. As it turned out, the day was nothing short of spectacular with big pillowy clouds dotting a pure blue sky.
To some people, going for a walk with someone doesn’t seem like much of a date. For me, it is fun. The best part is that you talk as you walk. Yes, that’s right. You engage in the almost lost art of personal face-to-face communication! It is one of the best ways that I’ve found to really, and I mean really, get to know someone.
The next time you take a girl out, consider going for a walk in the park. I think you’ll find that you and your date will both enjoy it.
