How was your weekend? I hope that it was restful and rejuvenating.
We had been talking about happiness a while ago. I mention happiness often because it is vitally important. Something that makes happiness vitally important is that the state of being happy is a positive, empowering state.
So, would everyone agree that going through life in a positive, empowering state is better than going through life in a negative, unempowering state? I would have to say that we could all agree on that.
I’m sure that we can agree that happiness is not all about the individual. Happiness tends to be contagious. It can function like a rock being tossed into a pond. The ripples extend far beyond where the rock was tossed. When you are happy, you exude an energy that radiates to those you surround yourself with. You essentially become, “the rising tide that lifts all ships.”
