Well, here we are at the start of yet another amazing week!
It looks like we are getting some much-anticipated warmer weather here. As much as I love winter, I look forward to the warmer weather.
The change in weather will mean getting back outdoors after spending so much time indoors. Although I have to admit that I’ve enjoyed running on the treadmill during the colder months, I much prefer running outdoors surrounded by nature. Also, riding a stationary bike indoors pales in comparison to exploring the many beautiful trails here. The constantly changing scenery makes the rides and runs much more enjoyable.
How about you? Do you plan to spend time outdoors this Spring and Summer?
