How’s it going there today, and how was your weekend?
I’m in the office sipping on some tea at the moment. I just finished my workout, and I am feeling energized and ready for the day!
My workouts are part of my morning ritual. The things I think and do at the beginning of the day seem to set the tone for the rest of my day. For instance, if I wake up and look forward to the day ahead, even the not-so-great days seem better.
I’ve practiced waking up with an attitude of gratitude. To some, I know that sounds corny and maybe to some it is corny. If that’s their belief, then, of course, they are welcome to it. I say, don’t know it until you try it! The more things you try, the more you can discover that can help you live a better life.
I have to admit that I do a number of things that I may have previously viewed with skepticism. The result is many of those things have helped me to be blessed with a life greater than I could have ever imagined.
By the way, do you workout? It’s something that you should consider. I know that some people will speak of exercise as physical, but in reality, I have found it to be both physical and mental. In my experience, I have found no downside to being fit and healthy.
